If you have chosen to have a brief but action-packed weekend break in Tel Aviv you will need a hotel which is central and accessible. The Poli House is the ideal choice, located within the Polishuk House overlooking Magen David Square, just a 2-minute walk from the popular Carmel Market.

The Poli House is part of the Brown Hotels Collection which has several upmarket hotels in Tel Aviv. Designed by Karim Rasid this hotel is ultra modern, a minimalist white Bauhaus property which has been beautifully restored. Inside, the fun and futuristic details transport you away from the bustling streets outside to a calm and cool environment.

The Poli House boasts 40 trendy bedrooms and suites created exclusively by Karim Rashid. Our room was petite but comfortable, with a large bed and small desk area. Everything was decorated in bright white with accents of colour and pattern. Our bathroom was tiny, kitted out with a shower, sink and toilet, lovely dressing gowns and the hotel’s own brand toiletries.
Each room includes a laptop-sized safe, in-room work desk, complimentary Wi-Fi, LED TV and soundsystem.

The rooftop pool is one of the hotel’s most popular features with panoramic views of the city and the sea. Guests can enjoy a cocktail from the bar whilst relaxing in a comfy cabana or sunbathing on the deck.

Breakfast is served downstairs in a quiet leafy sanctuary. We opted for a dish of the traditional and wholesome Shakshuka, along with a fruit salad with yoghurt, fresh orange juice and strong coffee.
Ideally located in the centre of town and surrounded by some of the cities best food vendors, Poli House is a stylish and convenient place to stay in Tel Aviv, the ideal urban escape.
