Gemma Ford, who used to work at The Scarlet Hotel (my favourite hotel, I’ve reviewed in Cornwall… see here), has started her own company ‘Love Yoga Online‘. Gemma, a fully qualified yoga instructor herself, has gathered together a lovely team of yoga instructors and together they have made a large selection of yoga classes, ranging from classes for absolute beginners, to maternity class, classes to help with menstrual pain, seated classes ( for those amongst us stuck hunched over our desks!), for elder ‘yogi’s’ and they are even planning yoga for children and babies.
The videos are free to preview, and if you sign up to the site you can also access to recipes, features and more – all aimed towards a balanced, happy life, and purchase/download the yoga classes from as little as £4.
The classes range from a few minutes for a quick time out, to a lengthy 90 mins for a full class.
This brilliant exercise concept is perfect for me or TMM readers who are too busy to make time for regular gym sessions! I’m wondering how many videos I’ll have to do before I look as toned as Gemma….
