As it has just been my birthday I thought I would use this week’s Hot on the Highstreet to indulge myself a little, with a post on neon in fashion. At last a season has arrived with an emphasis on fluorescent hues, Spring/Summer 2012 features neon everywhere, often mixed with creamy pastels.
